Hi,
I'm having problems sending an SMS from an outlook contact. All my contacts have a number like +31 (010) 1234567. Outlook creates the numbers in that format automaticaly if you fill in country, city/area code and local number. When I synchronize outlook with my HTC P3300 the numbers are in this format. I can call without a problem, internally?? the number is stipped from the brackets and the leading zero in the areacode. When I try to send an SMS it does not work, sms is not send. Some experimenting shows that (010) 1234567 will work, +31 (10) 1234567 will work, but +31 (010) 1234567 will not work when sending an sms, only when making a call. I've searched this forum for a sollution, but there are a lot of messages here :o so maybe I've overlooked the answer :confused:
