Nice. I've just searched and didn't find a very thorough list of what's out there. At least not in this forum. Just a few short threads with the same couple of image editors referenced.

There's a pretty good roundup of retail programs available on MobileTech Review (http://www.mobiletechreview.com/software/ppc_paint.htm). Looks like you've found Pocket Artist (http://www.conduits.com/products/artist/). It's probably one of the best out there. But it will set you back $20. Well worth the price though.
Here are a few others to check out. Pencil Box Deluxe (http://www.mentalmotions.com/showpage.php?page=pboxdl) will set you back about $10, but works well and has some great features. Mobile Atelier (http://freewareppc.com/graphics/mobileatelier.shtml) works pretty well. This is the free version, but I believe there's also a retail version available. A similar program is VSPainter (http://www.virtualspaghetti.com/index.php?index=3&language=en). It's retail at $25, but there's also a slightly crippled free version available. Then there's PocketPicture (http://osdmsoftware.googlepages.com/pocketpicture). It's pretty basic, but free and good for doodling. And here's another called Mobile Painting (http://babelfish.yahoo.com/translate_url?doit=done&tt=url&intl=1&fr=bf-home&trurl=http%3A%2F%2Fnefastudio.net%2Fcafe.cgi%3F%3D mobae_soft&lp=ja_en&btnTrUrl=Translate).
Then you've got a whole slew of very basic, free, and similar paint-clone programs. Such as PaintWinCE (http://freewareppc.com/graphics/paintwince.shtml), KidColor (http://freewareppc.com/graphics/kidcolor.shtml), MiTo Team Paint (http://freewareppc.com/graphics/mitoteampaint.shtml), Paint & Create (http://freewareppc.com/graphics/paintcreate.shtml), and PDAcraft Paint (http://freewareppc.com/graphics/pdacraftpaint.shtml).
Then there are programs like SPB Imageer (http://www.spbsoftwarehouse.com/products/imageer/?en). Not a drawing program per say, but does have some photo editing capabilities. Same with XnView (http://www.xnviewpocket.org/home_uk.php), and LookMobile (http://www.freewarepocketpc.net/ppc-download-lookmobile.html).
Have fun drawing!
