BT problem

So my sister has the Herald/Wing (I have a wizard w00t) and a BT headset (BlueAnt Z9i) was given to her. I have gotten it paired but the "headset" icon doesn't appear in the dialer and it doesn't seem to work with her device. It has Aserg 10R on it. Anyone know if there is something I am missing? It is already "set as headset" in the BT settings.

I have a jawbone 2 and it wasn't hard to get on at all.

try pairing it using BT quicklink

for some reason thats the only way it works for me (after first pairing, anyway)

hmm ok. Is it on here somewhere (I will use the search) or is it something I would need to find elsewhere?
