ROM & languages

Hi all,

I have Diamond with Norwegian ROM, and I have flashed it to quad band.

I would like to flash the ROM as well, to an upgraded (better performance & resource use) english ROM. However, I wish to keep the norwegian keyboard that comes standard with the norwegian ROM.

First of all, is this possible?
Also, what ROM should I choose?
