Anyway to stop or disable flashing led's?

Wow, those flashing led's are real annoying. Any way to completely disable them? Any application available besides a soldering iron? Dash / HTC s620

There is an app called Don't Forget that lets you tweak their behaviour - not sure if it will allow you to turn them off altogether though.
