As the title states...i have a diamond with stock 1.39.0000
Is it possible to flash the 1.38 HARDSPL?

and...there will be no negative effects?
i "heard" that there is a chance of bricking the device.

There might be a possibility to brick the device if for instance the power went out during the flashing, not sure though... Even so, flashing an SPL will take about 10 seconds, so you'll need to be really unlucky for that to occur...

Otherwise there are no negative effects whatsoever. If for some reason you need to return your device for warranty issues, simply flash a stock SPL and you're good to go...
