"Running Program?"

Hello!Excuse me if this question's already been asked, but I just couldn't find one that solves my query.. I've just done a hard reset on my XDA IIi, & installed the applications.
Why does this icon(dunno what it's really called),like the one that comes out when there's a running program(like an analog clock) just keeps popping out all the time, even if there's no program running?How do I stop it? Soft resets don't seem to work. I've got Wisbar Advance 2, Spb Pocket Plus, & Resco Explorer installed.

Please advise. Thank you!

Thank you for your reply, but that's not what i meant. There's this icon(like the 1 that is displayed when there's a running program) that keeps on popping up even though i have no program running on my phone. How do i stop it from popping up?

is it just like the waiting to load icon that is square in the middle of the screen?
