o2 artemis200 os problem ( error)

i have one o2 pda artemis 200 but when i try 2 open so i have been seeing problem about like down

ipl 1.25.0001
spl 1.25.0000
gsm 02.67.90

os 1.25.0.0

every things are ok but it isint open just froozen..

is there anybody 4 tell me whats da problem pls..
