I have problem with my BA (XDA IIs)

If the batery parameter show 60% the phone off.
I try to power on the phone --> the phone soft reset it self.

What wrong with my BA ?
Any one can help me?

have you checked the battery by borrowing it from friend , if not from the batery i believe you have reprogram your BA again

try to HardReset yout BA RECORD+CAMERA/PLAYER+SOFT RESET, but remember to backup your data/PIM

i want upgrade my BA to WM6.1..but i don't understand how to upgrade the BA
