Uninstalling Hard SPL?

I've had the Kaiser for a few weeks now and I like it and all but, I'm used to the OEM screen instead of the Hard SPL one with the clock and the different icons in the today screen. So is there a way to get it out? I flashed it with multiple ROMS and none of them seem to do the trick.

BTW- On the Tri-Color Screen, it says the following

KAIS1*0
SPL- 3.29.Hard
CPLD-8

and the bootup screen says

R 1.65.16.25
G 25.83.40.02H
D 3.28.00.00

i just would like to add to leave hard spl on
hard spl is safer then the org spl
hard spl is the back bone of your device there is no icon or screen that make it look different the only change is the .Hard in the tricolor screen

you could just uncheck it from the today screen
start/ settings/ today/ items/ uncheck htc home

if you want to bring it back to stock look here

yea thanks i got it mixed up. but i was wondering if i could have just remove the htc home in general. i even flashed it to the at&t oem rom and it still didn't get it removed. any other help is appreciated. thanks.
