Anyone using a Kaiser (or any other) with T-Mobile's 3g service?

is t-mobile even on the 3g network yet even tho they are advancing to 4g already?

I'm in NYC daily and I don't see anything.
They are on different frequencies tho 1700 and 1900 some say it wont work some say it will. But I can tell you I don't have it. Anyway T-mos 3g only improves call quality at least that's what they tell me.
