alright guys... its my first time with the TILT... im comming from a Wizard ...

I downloaded the kaiser SIM unlocker and

Im not sure what the hard spl stuff is... but i tried following the instructions...

i cant get step 1 to finish..

if i click on the romupdateutility.exe icon .. i get an error saying " error [208] : file open " "the update utility cannot open the requested file please check your update utility"

IF i click on the KaisercustomRUU.exe icon in the same step 1 folder everything will work.. until i get to the progress bar , then it stays on zero... and finally tells me an error and asks me to go through recovery .. etc etc...

Im not sure one what i have to do , Im running the stock ATT hard resetted ROM windows 6.0 ,

SPL - 1.56.000

someone help me... thank you.

You should be familiar with the rules of XDA. Since there are threads for both HardSPL and Sim Unlocking, you should post there.

Try running jump spl on your phone before running hardspl, then unlock. As stated above, there are threads already set up on this topic.
