WST V4 Load problem

Multiple problem in one day....

Here's another problem I am having.

Download WST v4 and tried to run it.

a Program Error occured stating:

"Error adding child script: 6!"

what's that? how did fix this so I can load the prog. greatly appreciative for any help.

install the net framework v2 from here and it will work http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=0856eacb-4362-4b0d-8edd-aab15c5e04f5&displaylang=en

Thank you! but it's still not working. Same Statement still shows up. Any other suggestion or software out there?
