PROBLEM flashing Hard-SPL on Vario III

I am trying to Unlock T-Mobile MDA Vario III

R 1.27.15.32
D 22.51.88.13H
G 1.82.00.00

and on the first step installing Hard-SPL, it goes into Bootloader mode and shows

KAIS130
SPL-1.93.0000
CPLD-8

on the 3 color screen, after a while it shows "USB" i replug da cable, and the progress bar appear, BUT IT STAYS AT 0% FOREvER.

I try this one - JumpSPL1.56, it goes into bootloader, shows

KAIS130
SPL-1.56.Jump
CPLD-8

on the screen........... and again the same situation, 0% FOREVER!!!

tryed this one too, - JumpSPL1.93, in this case shows

KAIS130
SPL-1.93.Jump
CPLD-8

BUT Stucks - USB doesn't appear on the screen!!!

I also try this "solution" (while my MDA shows "0%" on the screnn);

4. After some time you get a communication error Message. DON'T RESET YOUR MOBILE DEVICE. DON'T TOUCH IT.
5. Press Exit to quit KaiserUnlocker.exe on your Desktop machine.
6. Unplug and replug the USB cable.
7. Start the KaiserUnlocker.exe again and wait a little bit.

but doesn't work - when i replug the cable PC discover it like "Unknown Device" (VEN_000&PID000)

PLEEEEEEEEEESSEEEE HELP me. How can i flash this Olipof SPL!!!

Hi,
Can you try these steps (from this thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=396922)):

1a. download the attached files
1b. pull out the battery and reinsert it (this step *is* important)
1c. connect your PC to phone with a USB cable
2. REMOVE SIM and SD CARDS !!
3. copy JumpSPL1.56-KAIS.exe to your device and run it (make sure the USB cable is still connected). If you still get a white screen then reset your device and now try JumpSPL1.93-KAIS.exe
4. after a few seconds "USB" appears on the phone display
5. unplug and replug the usb cable
6. deselect "Allow USB connections" in Activesync connection settings
7. now flash hardSPL (run KaiserCustomRUU.exe from flash-hardSPL.zip on your PC)
