Help ... problem with file explorer ... freezes!

I have the following problem with file explorer ... when I open it, it freezes on the loading state (spinning colored disk in the middle of the screen). It is stuck on the "windows" folder.

I had this problem yesterday and I did a hard reset but it occurred today too! Is there any way around it?

I solved it by changing the localpath on 'file explorer 'from '/Windows' to '/'
