how to extract apps from pda

my brother have a very nice application on his pda and I want to extract it from his pda and install it on mine. please help me dooing that :confused:.
I know I could probably find the application if I search on google but it may be a good thing to know how to do this.

there are PC apps that let you build an installer for programs that are already installed.

i dont know if any are available for ppc..

im not gonna look for one, but since this is yer first post ever, why dont you give something and post it if you find one?
