Hera100 PT Optimus unlock too expensive

as far as i know my operator company to unlock the device wonts 70€€..
they are crazyy!!!!!

there was no free unlock software to do the job ???

there is no free unlock if your operator won't do it for you, but there are alot of paid services that will do it for alot less.
