It is not corrupted . I have installed without problem. maybe I dont remember just try removing .zip extension it might just be an .exe file

Yep, worked for me too, but not the usual way I use for unzip. I unzip it another way so its worked OK!

For everyone struggling with this download follow below.
The rom seems as fast as my default rom RUU_Diamond_hTC_Asia_HK_WWE_1.93.831.1, will test tonight and report back, my main interest to get rid of the TomTom 7 gps lag.

1-After downloading file delete the .zip end of file name, i.e file name should look like this
RUU_Diamond_HTC_WWE_EastEurope_1.93.479.3_Radio_Si gned_Diamond_52.29.25.12_1.00.25.05_Ship.exe
2-Right click on this file and select extract (you need WinRAR for this step)
3.Run the extracted file

I flashed this rom and its dated 25/7-08 ( Euroe rom was 10/7-08) and its seems to be faster then the Europe version and works much better, in Tflo you now can schroll the pictures in bigger mode too which didnt work in the Europe rom(for me anyway). Wonder why they call it EE rom? only EE i found was the weather citys which was pre-installed;)
even the XT9 was the usual countrys, engl, ger, and so on..

This is the fastest ROM to date and just beats my original 1.93.831.1 WWE for speed, also a bonus to is no active sync running in background. My TomTom 7 seems to get loads more satellites?
The only ROM I am waiting to try now is bepes v1.0, mainly because its the only ROM that G-Sensor calibrator works first and every time (looses settings after soft reset, but easy to run once again after).

Only difference i notice is that the picture scroll in Tflo when you tick the picture bigger and in landscape is working, its shows all the pictures. In Europe 1.93(dont remember the Tflo v in this rom) rom that doesnt work its just show the picture you tick and when scroll its only show that picture.

I'm also flashing this right now. I've downloaded both this ROM and also one that I've found on HTC's site (1.93.401.2). I've flashed this one since I presume it is newer (1.93xxx.3 compared with 1.93xxx.2). Does anyone knows any main differences between these two or there are only minor changes?

Me too. As far as I saw, in ALL the ROM's I got, when you were browsing the pictures you could go from one to the next by swiping the finger across the picture.

Your english is OK but -with no offense- the terms you use are a bit strange?

No offense man! tap? I try to tap my screen too....not tick ;) :D

and ye I hade problem with 1.93 Europe rom, I try that rom many times and as usual I made 2-3 hard resets after flash
but it didnt work for me? Sure it scroll the picture but the same picture came up over and over again. But now its works with this rom.




EDIT: I find the "problem" why the Europe rom didnt work, its because I change the manila language to finnish!!??

omaga, it seems you had a problem with your particular ROM or it's settings (as you said, maybe the language change has messed it up). For me, that "photo scrolling" in album worked even with my first ROM (1.25... or something).

First impressions for me after flashing this ROM:

The TF3D is MUCH faster compared to my previous ROM (1.37.401.3). Even without the "performance tweaks". The animation when swiping through tabs has disappeared but it is OK. Now the tabs are appearing instantly when you switch from one to another.

Memory leak is not so big, starting with about 54% usage after a soft-reset and growing to 65% after several hours but I've noticed that even with a 70% usage the programs still open and move fast.

The GPS is connected and satellites aquired MUCH faster (I'll say instantly) AFTER the first opening of the program (Garmin XT Mobile 4.20.50). I mean, the first time after a reset, the satellite connection takes the usual time (say a minute or so) and after that, each time I open the program I can see the signal full in an instant. That was never happening before, on my old ROM

I've tried also the BlackBerry Connect and it's working OK. Though it is VERY slow. The whole device is slow. After installing, I had to wait several seconds to open the Programs or Settings and also to move between Settings tabs. After I've uninstalled the BB Connect, fast operation resumes. Maybe it's using many resources and this is why it's so slow.
