so i've been trying for 3 days to write a basic rom, i've followed the tutorials step by step, and yet everytime, the kaiser stops at the bootloader. did something change recently? i have a 1.62 att rom, and the 1.27.14.09 radio, do i need to include the att spl.nbh when i build or is it something else?

bootloader as in tri-colored screen? or does it stop at the splash screen(windows mobile start up) if it stops at bootloader that means the rom is probably corrupt and not properly built. if it stops at splash screen thats normally a iniflashfile.dat problem or registry

i had this exact same problem with kaiserkitchen (although now i use my own kitchen). it turned out that there were a few problems with the registry

I would do some more reading, it took me probably 5 weeks of research before buiding my first rom, and even then some people were very doubting on here! Kaiser kitchen is great, my advise would be to have 2 kitchens, 1 you edit and 1 to check back on what you have done.... if you delete/edit something wrong you can then copy and paste without wasting time.
