Kaiser 130 stop update rom at 1%

i try to update rom with this RUU_Kaiser_HTC_WWE_1.56.405.5_radio_sign_22.45.88. 07_1.27.12.11_Ship
but at 1% update procedure stop and restart the phone. now my phone has only 3 colure at display.

it was radio version 1.27.12.32

i try to put english language WM.

any help???

im sorry that i dont have any answer to your problem, but i have been lucky and have not encountered any problems during flashing, so i have no advice to give you. but, this seems to be a very common problem, so the only advice i can give you is to search this forum for 'stuck at bootloader' and see if you cant find any answers.

you're getting that error because you're trying to flash a rom for a provider other than your service provider. At least if i was to venture a "guess" about it. You should always hardspl before flashing anything on this site, it's just good practice. it's better to be safe than sorry i always say.
