Hey,

till now, i cooked my ROMS with 416Mhz.

i didnt change any hardware in my device (Asus p525) so i want to know something, if i'll cook the ROM with 520 Mhz what is the risks if theres a risks for my device or for my battery?

Increased processor speed may cause damage to your device, and may stop it booting if you go to far, but generally, a small overclock should be fine. It will also use more battery, but not too much. Increase the speed bit by bit, and test it to make sure it still funtions fully and doesn't drain the battery too much.

If you can software over clock it, do so to check how feasible it is, and that way you don't end up with a non-booting ROM.
