Changing splash screens (Vodafone & WM 6.1)`

Hi

Newbie to all this tweaking of mobiles, but learning quickly.

Am currently trying to change the Vodafone startup image for one I have created.

Have followed instructions on the site to create a *.NB file but when trying to create the *.NBH the htcrt.exe has not got the diamond in the device list.

Also tried using the NBHUtil.exe with the same problem.
Can create the *.NBH file (using the Kaiser settings - Obviously it's the wrong device), but cannot flash due to wrong device, error [244] Invalid device.

Read something about adding Diamond info to the xml file but have not a clue what information I need to enter into this file.

Anyone been successful in changing their boot pics on this device?

Try using this version of NBHUTIL its later than the one in the thread regarding creation. I have already email the originator of that threard to include this version.
