Locking my Diamond

I have recently had to hard reset my phone (long and boring story).

Since then, I have not been able to get some settings the same and it is frustrating me! I hope someone can help.

What I want is for the backlight on the phone to go dim (but not off) after 10 seconds and I want the phone to switch off after 1 minute. So in the power setting I have set the setting for turn off backlight if device is not used to 10 seconds and the turn off device if not used to 1 minute. All is well. However, I want the device to autolock after 1 minute as well. If I enable autolock in advanced config then the device locks after 10 seconds, not 1 minute!

Where am I going wrong?

Thanks. I did try a search, but I find its getting harder to find things now!

What I was wondering was why (or how) I managed to have it working previously and yet not again even though I think I had the same set of settings! That didnt sound right to me...

Interesting program that, will have to investigate. But I am sure it can be done natively with the device - that is how it was for me before my hard reset.

You should have the "Lock" app in Settings. You could use it...or you could install Slide2Unlock (S2U2) to do it as well.
