Diamond Email Bug!!

Hi
After setting up my email account (POP3) and using it for one day I noticed something strange!!
When I delete an email it comes back again as a new email after sending and receiving !!! Some times comes once and after deleting it again it doesn't come back and other times it comes back 2 -3 times !!
I configured my diamond to delete emails from server when I delete it from the mobile

My Rom: 1.93.456.2 WWE
Radio: 1.00.25.05

Did any one experience the same problem?

have you configured the email accounts pop3 settings to mark forwarded mail as read?

No I didn't .. could you tell me where I can find this setting?
