As thread title suggests, i've been unable to change my windows theme after flashing any cooked rom, based on 1.93 onwards.
Previous 1.73 roms no problems.
I dont use TF3D since it slows my gaming down, so i want to use normal windows. I've taken two screenshots, one of the home page and one of the start menu. Its currently on Windows Default Theme.
As you can see only the top and bottom bar changes.
Any solutions? (i've soft reset and changed from Diamond rom to Dutty's rom to check as well, still problem persists)

posting here and rom section because i believe cookers should be aware, and here because i believe i'll have a better chance to find a solution here
