Hi all,
i have a simple question to whom know about prophet hardware,
my dad has N5300 and he never uses its headset hs-47. Yesterday i tried it with my prophet and it worked fine (thou not as good as philips with 3.5mm converter) .
its good-looking and i'd like to use it with my prophet, but i wonder if there would be any hardware problems using it?
will it cause any hardware problem?
thank u ;)

Should be fine. Check the buttons (if any) actually work though!

Does it do anything when the device receives a call? (Normally, it acts as a answer button)
It shouldn't matter, and in my experience, using non HTC headsets really don't make a difference to the Prophet itself.

Just tried and yes, it does accept calls and finishes them .
So i guess there should be no problem using it.
ps. the reason i want this headset is the jack is stronger than 3.5mm converter so it doesnt seem to move out of jackhole easily.
