Diamond usb problem

Hey.,

I got a problem with my usb connecttion. When i plug the usb stick til my computer i shall like normaly choose activesync or the other one. but no matter what i choose my computer would't recognize. I have tried the help funktion in activesync. It seems that i don't have an IP address and theres no connetion between the computer and Diamond. So i can't tranfer things.

Have you added a firewall exeption for activesync? Are you using Sygate FW (big problems with ActiveSync)?

I do not have any firewall. I have uinstall. I have eset NOD32 but i have shut it down. I also tried on another com and i doens't work there to. So it's the phone or the cable that's the problem (i think)

I suggest u do a soft reset it might work after tht or try re-installing active sync tht might help... if it fails u'll need to do a hard reset it might solve ur problem....

I have tried reinstalling activesync. i will try a soft reset :P
