Need help - problem with WWE ROM

few days ago i bought HTC Diamond.
i want to switch the language of the OS from German to English!
i have tried to install few WEE rom versions but it doesn't work!
i also tried to install the official rom from HTC official site, but they don't let me download the wwe rom couse i have the newest version allredy...

please help me - i need the WWE ROM for HTC Diamond!!

i have OS 5.2.19591 (build 19591.1.1.6)
my spl version is 1.37.00

please read and search before opening up new threads
to begin with, the wiki will help u alot : http://wiki.xda-developers.com/

u cant flash your device because its CID locked.. so You should flash HardSpl first to CID Unlock it.

i allready tryed to use HardSPL but the wizard doesn't recognize the version of my HTC Diamond. do you know where i can find the latest version of HardSPL?
