HELP with ROM UPDATE

to some of you this may be a dumb question but

how do i install a new rom update... the handset is on orange

the current rom version i have is 1.37.405.1 WWE

is this the latest one and also if someone would tell me a simple step by step guide on how to update this handset

and no it is not the latest. 1.93 is the latest.
