Your first zip is not working on WM6.1 not with original zip not with total commander.

I extracted the first ZIP on windowspc, then Rezipped and works.
But I got it working though ;)

Ok i love your icons very good job but you forget to include calls history....:( and something else that it could make it fantastic and i know not only for me...what do you say if you could fix a exactly the same but to put the fingers icons inside the shiny box like the extended colour theme???? and include also the cal history ??? like that its not gonna be heavy the theme and we have the best of it???? so please answer me and tell me if u can do it....:o

I put Chungwa-manilla on via Diamond TF3D Config and i'm not sure whether I should revert back to the original TF3D theme before i try dropping anything into the windows folder?

extract all the files into /windows/ folder and restart tf3d (start--->settings--->today) unchecking tf3d and re-checking it (after an exit to the clean today)

sorry m8, dunno how to make a .theme file
but I prefer to have single files to copy into /windows/ folder
it's faster and you don't need to reboot the phone (you need only to deactivate and reactivate tf3d)
so, copy 'em into /windows/ folder :) (make a backup of your original files before)

Copy the files to a folder on your phone... like 'Internal Storage/manilaTemp'

Then use Total Commander to copy the manila files from that folder to the windows folder (on your phone)

hmmm... that's strange ... I don't have that problem ... :confused:
are you saving the original manila to png, then edit it, then load the png file to manila editor...

DMAN666 and sushilange gave us this wonderfull tool so i decided to make my own tf3d skin.
As i'm obsessed with the material carbon, here's my skin

NOTR Carbon skin v1.2

Original: HTC Black Theme

* changed menu icons
* changed top and bottom bar
* changed clock tabs in carbon
* changed colors of clock numbers to metallic
* changed slide button in carbon

Highlight color remains the green as in original theme, because i like it.

That's how I do it...

No, its very simple i use The sushilang`s tool(TF3D conf 0.6.7), tapping on "appearance", "restore default", and you get back the original manila files.

ok.. have you read the posts in this tread?
It's been explained many times before... do some research.. :rolleyes:

Inside the zip files there are manila files, like '757e7332_manila'

Copy the files to a folder on your phone... like 'Internal Storage/manilaTemp'

Then use Total Commander to copy the manila files from that folder to the windows folder (on your phone)

Or if it is a 'Theme file' .. use TF3D Config... you can read more about that in the sticky

i am trying to modify same graphics on Manila, every time i export an image, after modifications (using photoshop, taking care at the dimension and at the pixels (of course i know now is not necessary....) the result is that the images are too big, even if i have respected the original dimension......

I had the same problem, solved like this:
copy from Diamond Windows folder to a folder in Diamond internal storage, than move from internal storage to pc.
in this way i have solved the problem, hope same for you.
of course move back from pc to Diamond. i know it seems to be a nonsense but work for me.

Well there is a new scope in Hitman theme v0.2 ...
You could just take the clock manila files and put them in the v0.2 theme... :)

I don't really like the transparent clock .. It doesn't look good when the numbers flip ... :(

I've had a go at creating some themes, basically just changing icons etc. But whats bugging me is that the only software that seems to be available for customization is the Manila Editor (which is great by the way!)

If this is the case, how on earth are people creating complete custom themes so quickly, and generating these *.theme files to install them???

Whats the secret? Where do these *.theme files come form?

Can't seem to fix this,
i think the small grey space is part of the softkeys.
When i disable TF3D (see attachment), the grey line is still visibible just above the softkeys,
i think.
Someone who knows if this is true or solution?

if i have undersand well your meaning, you need to download the last version of Manila Editor, first post.
if i have not got your meaning, try again....my english is not so good....

could you or others put in att. the old version of Manila Editor (i have delete it, damn!!!), i like to try to understand if my problem came with the new version.
EDIT : NO WORRY ABOUT THE MANILA EDITOR OLD VERS. I HAVE FOUND IT BUT MY PROBLEM STILL BORE ME.....

What are you resizing the image or the canvas?
Aslong as i open the the manila png with photoshop and then add layers for each piece i edit,everything turns out fine.
But i have also been able to create a png from scratch with the same attributes and add my edited pieces to with success.

i mean for example: 128 x 128 in Manila Editor, i take out (png format), putting in my desktop pc. doing NOTHING, just move back in to manila editor, the image is out of the window, but as you can see in my att. parameter still the same (128 x 128).
i really dont know how to do.

Ok I had the same issue and it's easy to solve. When you save the modded file save it using the "Save for Devices and Web" in Photoshop, then make sure that you choose PNG-24 and ENABLE TRANSPARENCY option.

This will fix your problem.

ok.
i have solved in a really stupid way.
i think was a Vista problem (;)not a perfect OS)
simply check display setting menu' on vista, move DPI from 96 to 120 and than move back to 96. Manila Editor work fine.
just this, is unbelievable but........

I've modded the analog clock in the Orange Theme to match the Vista sidebar clock. The face is fully transparent and goes well with any background. I'm now trying to figure out how to change the two softkeys in the Orange theme as they can't be modified by editing the LSK and RSK registry values. Any ideas?

Hi,

I'm looking for the manila File used for the bar under the tabs :rolleyes:. In the HTC menu the bar goes at the bottom and touchs the soft keys but on some home made themes this bar is smaller and even modified as a line in the Hitman theme.
Please do you have the name of this (or these) file(s).:confused:

i am managing all the manila files not related to icons.
for example i have changed color of the envelope in mail tab, all the color in sms tab, all the menu bar (not only clock) ecc....
only problem is that to do this i need time, and i haven't enough!!!!
as soon as i can reach my target i will share the info, with some screen shoots and related manila files lists.

Once it had connected the PDA to the PC, having in the configuration of the same showing hidden files, and of the system, in the folder of the PDA \ Windows, I copied to the PC all the files with name *_manila (and have backup).

From Manila Editor, I looked for the files of icons that interested to me I was modifying and them by *.png.

Once modified all, I again kept in the PDA \ Memory Card, and with the Total Commander, I moved to PDA \ Windows, I confirmed that it wanted to overwrite requested where it, I reset the TF3D, and perfect, I have the icons that wanted.

I in my marry, for the icons of 64x64 I have put also them to color, gives another tone to the interface.

I create themes folder, point diamond TF3D Config to it, and hit ok, and it shows up in drow down, but when i selected and hit it save, it just asks if i want reboot device, doesnt install anything and when it reboots nothing shows up, but cab theme installs, i also can restore back to default using diamon TF3D Config, any suggestion or help?
