Just when I thought you were dead and then a new version, thank you, I think your work is amongst the very very best here, you have personally pretty much improved the performance and battery life of about a million WM users. Awesome, Schaps you are truly a legend, please don't disappear, I know you have even more to give. :)

My start menu got all messed up. It works but I have to click it, and scroll down with my stylus. It looks like a cracked LCD screen on my start menu after I installed this and changed a few settings.

Hi,

Installed Advanced config to my O2 XDA Ignito and after upgrading to .Net v3.5 all apeared to work well.

However when I try and change any settings they don't stick. For example;

1) After telling it to not show my sim contacts I get a yellow exclamation mark instead of a green tick and nothing changes when I do my soft reset.

2) After asking it to show the call history tab on my today screen it doesn't.

Any ideas???

i have a similar problem. i cant get the tf3d tabs settings to stick on my stock ignito. any suggestions would be great.

Hi Shaps,

I found that if I enable the use of AGPS, it'll screw up IGO8's capability to recognize the internal GPS in my Tilt!

In IGO8 there's a screen where you can define the GPS settings.
The Kaiser/Tilt use COM4 (internal GPS).

When I use IGO8 (legal copy, latest version), using NATF'S ATT_NATF_v3.2.5_ATT_Home and the 1.71.09.01 EMO radio, IGO8 recognizes the internal GPS w/o any problems (TTFF and subsequent fixes are rather bad, but that's another issue).

When I enable AGPS with the Advanced Config 3.3 (or 3.2) - IGO8 doesn't recognize the internal GPS!

But if I turn the setting OFF - then the internal GPS is immediately recognized.

This also happened when I upgraded from the standard AT&T WM6 ROM to the standard AT&T WM6.1 ROM, so it's not a problem with NATF'S ROM.

Further, I tried out 2 additional NATF ROMs and other radios, and there was no GPS problem there either.

By the way, I have AGPS active (and automatically updated) in my Tilt at all times.

What do you suggest?

Hi, the TF3D tab tool doesn't work quite so well with the Sprint Theme for TF3D on my swedish phone. I tried to remove a tab, and the start tab got messed up to a mix of Sprint and original english TF3D, and the soft menu buttons lost their text.

the 1st setting allows to set a different slash scren (by browsing and location a different file).
Does it mean I can place any graphics file, of the appropriate size/resolution and use it as a splash screen?

Simple answer is yes, not sure of the file type, but i have used gif,jpg and png files and they work fine

You have changed some settings for graphics acceleration, change them back and the start menu wont be corrupted

Simple answer is yes, not sure of the file type, but i have used gif,jpg and png files and they work fine

I have the stock htc rom...old i know, it comes with TF3D version 1.0.1630.23 which is probably the reason Call history does not work...but i am also interested in updating TF3D only, without having to do a full ROM upgrade

Already installed in Touch Pro. But when I run it, it can't. It keeps giving error message that it needs higher version of Microsoft Net Framework. Any idea??

Have you got Net CF 3.5 ? It was necessary for the 3.2 version...
If not, you have to install it first.

Okay, i got a pretty big problem, it made my home screen retarded, it thinks im with t-mobile, the hours just flicker by, the background went default, i tried restoring original settings in the program and it didnt work, i tried soft reset, uninstalling it. it wont fix the prblem

Well, i used TF3D Config, and restored my apperence, that fixed one problem, but my phone doesint seem to be the same, also my comm manager is different. i'd like to restore everything backto normal since before i got this program, how do i do that?!? i'd like not to hard reset once again..

This may help GSM/UMTS Diamond users. Perhaps the "SuspendResume" value gets corrupted by Advanced Config for GSM users as well. The fix posted for CDMA definitely works.

I discovered that when I use the "Connections" function to set a timeout for data connection, it corrupts the SuspendResume value from #777 to *GPRS* and thus causing a delay in call pick-up when data is active.

Hi everyone,

I did a search, but couldn't really find a solution, so here goes:

When you set your "Owner Information", it continuously overwrites the "Bluetooth Device Name" in Advanced Config. As soon as you take the Owner name out, the Bluetooth Device name stays put.

Anyone seen this before?

I think the Diamond (or WM6.1) automatically sets your owner name to bluetooth name. I noticed that before I installed anything on my phone. The only way I could change it was to use Advanced Config (I use 3.2 now, haven't upgraded yet).

Just change owner info first then change the bluetooth name. As soon as I look at the Owner screen it sets the BT name to the owner name.

Makes no difference on my side. I am not going near the owner info screen, but my BT name still gets replaced with the owner name.

Hi, today I've managed to do my own .gif plus the new .wav file for a splash animation. I put both files in Windows directory.
Then just modified the registry using AdvancedConfig. And it works!:) Awesome

Hey all, I'm still getting used to win mobile and have installed this tool on my ignito(touch diamond) and a few options seem to be missing from the screen section.

I just installed ACT 3.2 and encountered the following error when I run the program:-

An unexpected error has occurred in AdvancedConfig.exe.
Select Quit and then restart the program, or select Details
for more information.

File or assembly name 'System.Windows.Forms, Version=3.5.0.0,
Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=969DB8053D3322AC', or one of
its dependencies, was not found.

Can someone please advise how to go about fixing this error?

anyone know what the optimum settings are for sprint touch diamond using ACT? What I mean is that the program contains certain "default" settings that do not pertain to a CDMA device like the Sprint Touch Diamond. For example, under Data Connections, there are settings for GPRS, which AFAIK have nothing to do with CDMA. I'm presuming that I can safely disable these settings, but what other settings [that are not as obvious] can I disable - all in an effort to extend my putrid battery life?!#@ Thanks

Hi Schaps,

This is a quick bug report - I am using a 1.93 ROM with the 1.37 manila files to get back the animations.

But with this combination, I tried to change the time/date format on the home screen using advanced config 3.3 and it totally trashed my manila altogether. In fact I had to do a reinstall. Sushi's TF3D config was able to make the change successfully however. Wanted to let you know.

Hi all,
i have installed ver 3.3 over the 3.2 but noticed that in "uninstall programs" list i was having both 3.2 and 3.3.
I uninstalled 3.3 but trying to uninstall 3.2 says it is not installed, it asks to remove the application from the list but 3.2 is always there (i can even start and use it).
Reinstalling 3.2 says installation failed. what should i do to fix the problem?

I have huge problem with my wizard hardware keyboard. I don't mind the sw keyboard since I simply don't use it at all.

You have implemented the language change option in your software. In former OS builts your program mainly stated "English", nowadays its "Custom". I can change whatever I want --> no impact at all neither sw nor hardware keyboard. (You know the German QWERTZ instead of the English QWERTY).

The thing is, that all cabs that circulating around don't work anymore. Since build 19xxx all those reg changes don't have an impact anymore! No way to change the hardware keyboard anymore!

any idea?

I installed the program successfully but when I run it I get the following:

This application requires a newer version of the Microsoft .NET Compact Framework than the version installed on this device.

I have checked and am running the latest version of the .NET framework. Have tried soft reset but with no success.

Running this on an Orbit II with Windows Mobile 6.1.

Any suggestions?

Hello.. i`ve got an annoying problem... my sim contacts are shown every time.. i disable them but when i do reset everything turns back.. i`ve searched the forum found the tweak in the registry but in a reset same happens.. is there a possible solution? i`m using 1.93 official rom

If you do a soft reset when you have changed the settings in Advanced Config it doesn't hide the sim contacts. You have to change the settings then when it asks you if you want to reset say no. It will hide your sim contacts until you next do a soft reset.
Annoying i know, but i'm sure there is an application that can do this change permanantly. :)

I installed this today on my HTC Diamand.

So far I have discovered its killed my clock - stuck on 12:59, alarm - cant set them anymore, date - shows 1st jan 2008

Also the restore settings doesnt work, i restored all the settings hoping to get my phone back to its working state, the software said it has but tabs are still missing from the touch flo, and few other little things that I can see. I can only assume all the settings I changed that have no visible result are also left unreverted to normal.

Trying all sorts to fix it but not getting very far :(

Hi,

I had version 2.7 (i think) installed and then upgraded to 3.2. I couldn't see all the options, like the auto lock or wake up on sms so I upgraded to 3.3. I'm still having the same problem. This is all on a diamond rom 1.93. Any ideas how to reset this?

I have a problem with one function of AC - I can't add the Call History tab.
When I go to Menu->More Settings->Touch Flo3D choose the tab and then confirm it doesn't show up anywhere.
And when I go back to AC the Call History tab is again deselected.

Has this been covered somewhere?

Hi guys , i am having problem with the smart touch option. It seems like after adding some application into the smart touch list, i am unable to remove it from the list.

i have accidentally added camera into the list, now now my camera does not auto focus when i touch the centre of the D-pad so i am suspecting that the smart touch option is causing the problem. Any idea how to solve this problem please?

Hi,

just download dot net compact framework 3.5 (download from microsoft (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=E3821449-3C6B-42F1-9FD9-0041345B3385&displaylang=en) about 33 mb)
After you have installed this, advanced config should work as expected

If you follow the link from your own post, on the left side of the screen there is a frame called "Main Menu" under the submenu "Advanced...." you will see the option "Download". Just click it and you will be presented with a long list to choose from!

I am using the new AT&T Fuze. Since I installed Advanced Configuration 3.3, the volume of the splash screen animation seems to have gotten louder. The settings in the application don't seem to work either. It says 0 is the loudest, and 127 is the lowest. I have tried everything: 20, 25, 50, 75, 110, 120, etc...but the volume level never changes. It is unusually loud. I think it's LOUDER than it was before I installed the application. Am I missing something? I would like the volume to be as quiet as possible, so if I have to reset my phone during a meeting, or a class, etc. it won't make enough noise for anyone else to notice or be disturbed.

Please help!

Does anybody know how the light sensor settings do work exactly?

"Light sensor polling" and "Light sensor polling interval" are clear. But how do the settings: Light sensor threshold" and "threshold to turn screen off" work?

I tried various combinations on both values (between 0 and 100) and I just couldn't notice any difference at all.

What I would like to achieve is that in absolute dark the screen is turned to minimum light. It works perfectly using G-Light but I rather would like to use the build in function.

1. Splash Screen

-> I tried several png images (480x640 & 640x640), but nothing is displayed when my phone boots up. The screen is just all white.

2. Start-up sound

-> I tried a few different wavs (16kbit / 22KHz / Mono), but there is no sound when the htc animation plays during boot.

For some reason it doesn't want to go back to the defaults :(

How can I get these things 2 work?

How can I go back to the way things were?

I have a VPA Compact II, with German keyboard but with Wm5SE. I have used some wm6 releases but all lack the speed of wm5 so I keep running back to old wm5.
Still, with wm5 or wm6, I run this Advanced Configuration Tool and switch the input -> Keyboard layout to German and simply nothing happens. I reset my wizard and when it comes up again I find the keyboard is still with the English layout. I have to switch the keyboard in the registry manually every time I hard reset my device.

What am I doing wrong?

The blurb/changelog for V3 lists:

• Supports HTC TouchFLO 3D for soft-keys mapping

yet I have never seen where this is done. The only reference to "key mapping" in the utility seems to related to the standard Today screen and not TF3D.

What I'm after is remapping the default left soft key to something other than the Phone (seems silly as this is also accessed via the Call button below), probably to PocketCM which is my preferred contact manager.

so i installed this, changed a few things, rearranged tf3d a lil bit, did a soft reset and now clicking icons in tf3d does nothing. i go to the photo/video tab, tap a pic..nothing. opera nothng. i cant even open file explorer. so i reset all the settings to defalut and still nothing. i uninstalled it and im still having this problem. if you could help me fix this w/o a hard reset i'd really appreciate it.

Same problem here. I added contacts (it actually worked, but I dont like the scrolling behaviour), but now I can not delete it from the list any more.
Please don't tell me that only a hard reset will solve.

First of all, great program!

I used v3.2 for about 2 weeks now and it's very usefull.
But once i used the option to enable or disable tab's in touchflo 3D i have a problem. I lost my stock courses tab!
I just installed v3.3 and the stock page is still not there. In the pictures in this post i can't see that tab either.

It started when i removed the e-mail tab. Then my stock tab dissapeared to.
When i try to display the e-mail tab again, it just does not appear. So i've lost 2 tab's!

How do i fix this? I can't get them back.

There seems to be a bug with the tool... I'm not 100% sure, but I've pretty much narrowed it down to here...

This tool's great, however, it seems that when I import a provisioning XML (say if I've decided to do a hard reset to clear a lot of crap off my device) my internet explorer will no longer connect to whatever network I have set up...

I tried reloading all my programs one by one, and checking if IE still worked - the only point where it stopped was after import - I tried to import the default settings, etc. but this would not fix the issue...

Not sure if anyone else is having issues... I could be completely wrong, and it could be something else, but I'm pretty sure it isn't.

I've attached the .provxml file to help debugging...

Hi Guys,

Firstly, what a fantastic app, I've been using it very gingerly to alter config to the advised settings a bit at a time in case I have any problems.

I added a few apps to use the SmartTouch wheel, PIE and Contacts, after using it for a bit I decided that I wanted to remove the SmartTouch from contacts so that I just navigate them normally.
When I tried to remove 'Contacts' from the SmartTouch list it is not removed, the list refreshes and it's still there.

Checking registry I can see:
HKLM\Software\HTC\SmartTouch all the apps appear to be below this but when I try to delete the setting for 'Contacts' as soon as I refresh the HKLM key it's back!!!

Am I doing something wrong? Do I have to disable a process before I can remove something from the SmartTouch list?

Very sorry if it's been posted before I have tried to search :)

It seems that you have to delete ClassName, WheelCount & Mode separately and then re-boot after this you can delete the containing hive.

Never had this problem, but it appears that it isn't saving my changes to TF3D menu. Email will NOT stay selected. I didn't think I unselected it, but I do typically unselect People, Programs, Music. It worked fine on NATF 1.2, just upgraded to 2.2, reinstalled all my apps and noticed this issue.
I'll try uninstalling ACT, rebooting, reinstalling - didn't work.
Tried disabling TF3D in Today, then running ACT, also didn't work.

Update - Ran Diamond TF3D Config and there was one entry labeled Unknown. Selected that, rebooted and it's back. not sure why Email got confused and converted to Unknown though...All is happy now, with the exception that it's broke in ACT.

Excuse me, the option to disconnect GPRS, MMS, ... after a few minutes without activity only works well if the PDA is ON, nor in standby mode, is it or i am wrong?
If it is, is there any option to disconnect GPRS without activity although the PDA is in standby (screen off)? I think it is very important for battery and i do not have solution.

After added the 3G and volume option in Comm Manager, and now I want to remove it, the phone gave me error message saying something only support 6 buttons etc... also the reminder message did not popup when the alarm goes off.

It used to be the message will popup at the bottom of the screen when the alarm goes off, but after playing around with this Advanced Configuation tool, things are not normal anymore. please help!!!!!!

I have a problem every so often where Advanced Config crashes on me. When it crashes when I'm in the SmartTouch configuration, it causes programs to be unable to be deleted from the SmartTouch menu, AND SmartTouch doesn't work in the program.

Is there a way of fixing this? i.e. clearing a config file somewhere, so that I can re-configure my SmartTouch from scratch.

I've been searching, and I'm not getting the answer I'm lookin for.

After applying a theme using TF3D Config, I use this tool to switch tabs, but when I switch the tabs, the home screen comes up blank for some reason, but the other tabs show up fine.

I have a Fuze, is there a fix for this?

Already have high/low speeds set, works great for program screen but not contacts

I have similar problems with the more tweaks section:

If I select CallDisplay Tab in TFL3d options and restart....tab is not their, even if I select tab then exit w/o restarting and go back in, it is unselected.

If I choose CommMgr using Large Buttons or Default, I get only the text displayed on the screen not the button background color.

I have a Touch HD and have installed NetFramework 3.5 and version 3.3 of Advanced Config.

Now I am getting the following error message:

You would place the cab on the handheld and execute it, (tap it). You can install it to your card or internal.

There are a lot of posts about this. go to www.microsoft.com and search for .net compact framework 3.5. Download and install on pc while connected via activesync.

I'm running a CDMA DIamond from Telus Mobility. I have (had) the following tweaks, customizations running....

- Diamond TF3D Config 0.6.7: used to remove TF3D tabs not being used
- Diamond Tweak 0.5.3: a few minor tweaks (scrolling, dialpad, etc)
- Windows Taskbar Custom CAB
- No Top Curtain
- Custom TF3D ICON SET
- Transparent Slider
- Carrier name Changer
- Plus the normal assortment of third party application.

The phone was running perfectly with no flaws or hiccups.

Today, I decided to try Advanced Configuration Tool v3.3. After installation my Home Tab Screen (TF3D) was acting weird!! It showed the wrong time then proceeded to slowly flip itself to 12:59. The carrier name showed "T-Mobile" and there a few calendar entries that were certainly not mine. In addition, I was not able to flip the clock, select missed calls, etc.

So I decided to UnInstall ACT, and then a soft reset. No Luck still doing the same thing. Thinking there was a conflict with one of the other Config Tools, I unInstalled both of them...soft reset. Still no fixxy. I then proceeded to UnInstall all of the aforementioned Tweaks that I has installed...once again Soft Reset and sure as s**t, the TF3D Home screen was still acting the same peculiar way.

I have read all 43 pages of this thread and have not seen this problem. Can anyone offer any advice (please don't say Hard Reset!!)....that may help fix this. Could it be a registry file that needs to be edited??

Right now my TF3D Home page is useless. I have since removed it (with Diamond TF3D Config). All other pages work fine. All other Windows Mobile commands, etc work fine. It's just the TF3D Home that is screwed up.

Please Please any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!!!

Same problem. Fortunately I had exported my settings from a previous Diamond ROM and I imported those into my Touch HD ROM. Though some of my settings do not display in ACT, I found out that the process of importing had actually made the relevant registry changes.

I would like to restore the original appearance of the Comm Mgr on my HTC Touch by Sprint (6900/CDMA/Vogue), running latest stock ROM.
I'm using Advanced Config Tools 3.3.

Does anyone know the registry key I need to delete or modify so the original/default Comm Mgr is restored from the ROM?

1. Flip phone to MUTE - Not working
2. Media Net does not disconnet EVER.

Does anyone know any other tool that might work better than these two?

Hi, can you add a value to change the languaje for the hadware keyboard on the htc touch pro?.. because, for the spanish users is imposible to write characters like "ñ, á,é,í,ó,ú, etc".. If you set the keyboard languaje to spanish in HKLM/HARDWARE/DEVICEMAP/KEYBD/CurLang to 3082 (spanish international) against 1033 (english) you can enter these characters pressing function button.

Fixed. Removed the file in question from startup folder, all good now. Not sure if it was related in any way to this, but it started happening right after this was installed.

You are talking here about removing GNAgent.exe from Startup?
If so,
1. did you notice any unwanted secondary effects?
2. how did you manage to delete this file? I couldn't do it with File Explorer, nor with Total Commander - I get an error message with both applications.

The newly released Touch HD on the Telstra network in Australia (850 UTMS), has a heavily customised TouchFlo 3D configuration with 5 Telstra specific tabs, and the Customise Tabs option removed from the Settings tab(compared to the version on Youtube). I would love to remove all the Telstra tabs because they hinder navigation to the tabs I actually use. Unfortunately Advanced Config gets an error loading the TouchFlo 3D configuration and I cannot change anything.

i've got 2 bugs on my diamond (aztor x2 rom): phone sleep and fast phone sleep during call can be disabled in advanced config tool but it changes nothing. my phone always falls asleep during call like before.

first check if you have enabled at the home section the tfl3d menu. I had also problems with this stuff, so i uninstalled it because it tweaks what i dont needed...search in forum for some configuration, i think i saw a topic `diamond tweaks`

i've got a solution for the sleep-mode bug

download "DiamondTweak" , install , (it has almost the same functions like advanced config tool) important is to disable the light sensor during a call.
this option is not available in adanced config tool but in diamondtweak.

Please help me.. I had install Advanced Config. Tool 3,0. I reinstall it on the Advanced Config. Tools 3,3 and now I can´t uninstall older version from folder REMOVE PROGRAMS.. I try uninstal Advanced Config 3,3 but this stay in this folder too. I remove it from register but they are there still. Please help me how I delet wersion 3.0 from Remove Programs folder.

The top and bottom bars are controlled by .tsk theme files. go to Start>Settings>Today and change to HTC Black.tsk or another black.

a few bugs i noticed but wasn't yet report:
1. under performances -> either file system filter cache or the FATFS cache (one of these guys had issues, forgot which)
the value displayed on that list is offset by one position, so that:
16384 really means 8192, 8192 really means 4096, etc.

2. daylight saving time doesn't seem to do much... when i disabled notification (was on by default), i still got a notification. when i enabled daylight saving (was off by default), it didn't change the clock at all.

with aztor2 and also with my current stock rom the device slows down after using ACT.
in fact, it slows down so much that it becomes useless and have to hard reset.

this did not happen with wildberry.

however, wildberry decided to simply quit working one day -ad hoc, without me doing anything-, not sure if it has anything to do with ACT.

Anyway, that's enough a**e kissing from me...!

I've got two problems with Advanced Config Tool: first, I can't see that the light sensor does anything much. I want it to automatically switch the device onto standby, or disable the screen and keys, when I put it in a dark place such as my pocket.

Secondly, am I right in assuming the SmartTouch function is supposed to enable the wheel in the programs listed? I can't seem to get it to do anything. I've wacked the sensitivity right up but still nothing happens in any of the programs on the list.

I'd be very grateful if anyone could explain these settings.

first of all - great tool.

got a problem with the new manila (like in duttys 2.2extereme rom and other roms)
when config -> more settings -> tf3d -> get an error
then the page appears but when editing sometging the sam issue when saving (error)
and no changes are overtaken.

could you check this out plz.

I can install it, but when I try to run it, it gives me error:

I've posted on this site a couple of times with this question. I see others have asked it too, and the thread seems to have just been dropped before the question is answered. I know I, and several others, would really appreciate some help. Basically, I can't get SmartTouch to do anything. Am I right in thinking it is the thing that enables the iPod style wheel to scroll through menus, etc? Am I right in thinking the programs in the 'Supported Applications' list are the ones already set to use it without me having to do anything else to them? They don't! Not even Advanced Configuration Tool itself! I am very confused.

Hi, I have a Touch HD running dutty's xtreme 2.3 rom.

Opera was fast on page loading with that rom. However, the loading has been slowed since I did some tweaks with AdvancedConfiguration Tool 3.3.

To be exact, only the response after a tap on link is slowed, otherwise page still loads acceptably fast. What I meant was after I tapped on a link and that opera has already registered the tap (with a vibrate feedback), it waits for seconds b4 the new page appears. Once appears, the page loads quite fast anyway.. Before using AdvancedConfigTool, the delay after tap on link does not occur, the linked page appears almost instantaneously. I am using wifi with DSL 1Mbps and HSDPA when away from home.

I don't know if you understand what I meant. Hope u guys could let me know which settings to be modified in order to get back what I had.

execellent program, thank you very much!

I'm curious, would it be possible to add the smartouch feature to scroll thru manila? You can already use the d-pad to move left and right, but it would be much more fluid to use the smartpad to scroll thru the touchflo tabs..

I seem to have installed this ok, but am having a few issues with my contact settings.

Firstly the hide sim contacts isn't working, so I have all my contacts listed twice (or 3-4 times due to multiple numbers).

Also, is there a way to have the following settings:
Change the 'programs' button on the bottom right of the home page to 'Comm Manager'.
List contacts by first name (very annoying as most of my contacts are down as 1 name or nickname!).
Change size of start menu.
Add more items to the home page.

Is anyone else having difficulty getting this to play nicely with custom tabs?

Right after i install the 3 custom tabs (comm/calls/cal) it recognizes them and they show up in TF3D, but if i try to change the order it acts as if they don't exist.

There is also another call history tab in the list of tabs in the config that is seperate from the 3 custom ones i installed (it was there before) and, as far as i can tell, it does nothing.

I think its from a call history tab i tried to install a long time ago that never worked.

anyway... yeah. Does anyone else have this problem? and has anyone gotten around it?

(all i want is to have Home/Calls/Text msg/Internet/Photo/weather/Settings/Comm/Programs.... its crazy how hard its been trying to achieve this simple setup :\)

any help would be awesome.

edit: if i make the edits i want in the TF3D config program, and DONT use advanced config after that at all, it seems to work fine.

I installed this program, mainly to be able to add the wireless manager to my today screen. However, the only option that I can change under the "Today" secion is the battery / clock. The other options that are supposed to be there don't show up. I've unistalled the program and reinstalled it, to no avail.

Any suggestions?

hello..installed v3.3 All i did was to animate the start menu. But now the start menu drops down as a black screen and if scrolled or touched appears for a second and no other menu opens. I cant even go back to the config tool and undo or even reset the phoen...plsssss...urgent support appreciated
