who makes the Treo 800w for Palm?

I know HTC used to make a ton of phones for other companies, but now they are making phones only for themselves. So who is making the 800w for Palm now. I now that Palm does not own any plants....

I've seen the most ROMs come from here when I used to mod my Dash. Other sites aren't so dedicated to modding :).
