Is Random Access Preinstalled in Diamond?

Hi everyone, I've been searching the forum and found some threads about random access such as this:

Hovever I can't seem to find random access when I go through my contacts (ie the bar on the right does not appear). Is random access preinstalled from HTC or what?

I also tried installing random access from the link above (the cab from the link and graphic files), found random access in \windows but still nothing appears in contacts after soft reset.

Any guesses?

On my Danish (stock ROM) it is available
Version is 1.93.403.2

I suggest a ROM update :)
