TouchFLO 3D missing?

I bought the HTC Touch Diamond today, and it seems to be missing a few options. TouchFLO 3D option does not exist on my Today screen menu. Opera doesn't exist either. Will I have to do a ROM update, or will I have to download them myself?

ROM Version: 1.37.720.2 WWE
Radio Version: 1.00.25.03

I'm getting quite annoyed of the way it functions at the moment. Please help me.

hard reset.

I got the same, do a reset of teh device adn itll reinstall everything and then itll exist.

Start->Settings->System Tab->Clear Storage

Then select clear storage only and enter the code and let it run. Your TF3D should automatically tuen on after this
