Because when i was tried it, it show me instalation problem a then, when i can open START>Settings my phone freeze after that soft reset. I dont find the way from this bug,so i must HARD RESET my HTC Diamond.:mad:

Perhaps try a later version (19209 is a clue!) and you will not have any problems.
