170 chars with greek letters is not supported. Try to use another soft keyb.
(check sms options and disable unicode) ....

Yes... but they already have the Greek language installed! I think it worths the 10MB in order to be included in the ROM. My opinion of course. :rolleyes:

There is a simple greek/en keyboard in this rom that works fine and is free ...

My friend Thanasis, all these roms are just for testing purposes.
I have no problem how many users use them.
But you can understand, if there are few users i can't support these roms
for a long time ...

Actually, there is a greek package that works very well with any language
and has support from a greek company.

Not including the keyboards is the cooker's choice. Don't like his choice, flash another ROM. However I think when someone points out an error in the ROM (since when does Diamond have 6 hardware buttons?) you should take the time to fix it and not get mad.

How much more specific can I get? Hardware buttons to assign commands to. Start -> Settings -> Buttons. There's more than one. Diamond only has one programmable hardware button and that is a long press of call button.

1.the office cab u giving in your cabs isn't working in this rom,either the last of kaiser roms.
2.""usb to pc"" tab isn't in start/settings/connections
3. G icon in today screen isn't there also.
is there any solution for them ?

You are more than welcome to post in the forum. Just because I happen to disaggree with you or perhaps not like you much as a person (the little I have seen anyway, I don't really know you), does not mean that I would ever delete you messages as a moderator or deny you the right to defend yourself. You did a number of stupid things:

- You lost your post (since it was moved) and immediately jumped into conclusions far from the truth. I can testify as a user that I never "lost" your post and immediately found the split thread.

- ...And even went further to relate the forum to a company!

are office in it?

because the last rom was full of issues....and the last cab of office 6.1 you gave as wasn't work...
also it was impossible to make synchronization wiyh pc..
i want it for a friend of mine that get diamond from greece but with english rom and he wants greek language in it...

Dimitri, this is a light rom, so office is not included.
Many users that uses this rom, reports no problems with activesync
or mobile center. Try to make a new partnership (activesync).

I'll prepare a cab for greek office if you like so.

Dimitri, this is a light rom, so office is not included.
Many users that uses this rom, reports no problems with activesync
or mobile center. Try to make a new partnership (activesync).

I'll prepare a cab for greek office if you like so.

Thanx swtos for the good job,i use your rom and i am very happy with it! because my last relation with htc service was terrible , what the reason to buy greek htc diamond if i can have a european from e-bay with 350 euros and a good rom from swtos? last time i had an greek htc i had paid everytime i used service (they have a strange way to charge for their service 100% is customer`s blame :confused: ) even inside warranty time,so i must always pay! if i dont have support what`s the reason to give my money to them???

Splash screen replacement is a flash procedure.
Welcome pic replacement requires overwriting the welcomehead.192.png file in windows dir of your pda with the one in the \welcome\splash dir of the compressed file you downloaded. Use total commander which is also included in the compressed file.

Thank you very very much for this ROM Swto, My HTC diamond came with version 0.95 (the stolen one from Germanos) and I updated to the latest one and it is 1000 times better!

I only have one niggle though... when clicking on an sms in TF3d it doesn't open it and show it and all the previous messages like it used to and have the space under it for the reply. It just gives a white screen and a couple of lines on the top to write my reply. Is there a way to re-enable the showing of the previous messages? some registry entry perhaps?

Hi, I have done the hard splt diamond and I have spent the rom of swtou, but I have some problems, 1) How do I uninstall the icontact 2) when I read a message but when I go to make a response to me shows the message received, so necessarily read from TOUCH FLO which shows up some characters, and 3) You can reset the phone to its original state (in English)? Hey Swto, I want the original alert-sonar tone for my sms, i tried copying the file basically everywhere but it doesn't show up, it only shows up for calling ringtones. I had this problem a while ago after I put your rom update but can't remember what I did. A few days ago i did a hard reset along with formatting the drive. Can you help? Possibly make a cab file which will allow all the wma and mid files to be used under alerts and tones?

Εδώ θα βρεις όποια γλώσσα θες (και την ελληνική 6.5). Απλά κάνε εγγραφή στο site και είσαι έτοιμος. Έβαλα στο δικό μου topaz την (The official WM6.5 ROM upgrade for HTC Touch Diamond2 (Topaz). ELL version 2.16.482.2) αλλά δεν έχει την αίσθηση της 6.1 rom, διότι τραβάει κολλήματάκια όταν πλοηγήσε στο μενού...
