Polaris (HTC Touch Cruise) ROM upgrade Troubleshooting

hello all...

i just flashed my original ROM to Vega R3...However, after the upgrade, my phone is showing "No Service" or very poor signals (even in areas where the signals used to be excellent earlier) . Could this be because of the upgrade??? What do i need to do to solve this problem??? Please Help !!!

i don't know why, but it didn't work :( i'm not able to download the file itself...it says the file is not available.
any other option???
meanwhile, i'm trying to download other radio versions...will write back if i get any success in this.
