View Full Version : HARD SPL INSTALL FROM SD-CARD...help needed

Hi there,

I need to install hard SPL from the tri-color siutation. Therefore the installation should be performed by the use of SD-card.

I can read good guides on how to install hard spl through active sync, but not by the use of the SD card. Anybody who can help me?

I allready saw that one, but it didn't work. I searched quite a lot. Nothing helped.

In the end, I found the solution (for anybody who has the same problem):

Read it very well and do as it is said in the desciption (also read the 'sub-link'!!!).

I don't understand this post.

The question was: "How to install HardSPL from the micro-SDHC card"

This still isn't answered, only how to flash a ROM *.nbh file from the card, which we already knew.

So, the initial question - HardSPL from the card - remains in limbo ?

Later edit: unless it means that renaming HardSPL nbh file to POLAIMG.nbh and flashing off the card in Bootloader mode worked for someone ?

You can't install HardSPL from SD-card...

You need your device synchronized...read more this post

your PDA *MUST* be in WM and happily synced with the PC BEFORE running each new step.

That's my experience as well. WinXP is needed on the PC
