How to instal radio plugin?

Hello.
I want to install radio in my hima but i don't know how.

100% the same way as one flash the device with a new rom
just with a radio.nbf file in the dir with the flash tool rather then a
rom.nbf

if you dont have the flash tool all roms in the wm5 and wm6 forums for himalaya
include the flashtool and a step by step description how to flash
of cause if you dont want to flash the rom too
you need to remove the rom nbf

I have this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=387451 but i don't find flash tool and my english is not so good,so please can you show me where i can find all what i need for doing that and where i find other rom for my husband hima.
I am a beginer but i have flashed my SPV 1000 yesterday.

Nothing use radio?

I have flashed my hima with the rom up,i don't understand:
the radio is inside or i need to do another action?

if there were a radio nbf file then it was

and not sure if you are clear on what the radio is
the radio is the gsm radio which operate the phone part of the device

it's not an fm or am radio you can listen to
