Need help with TMO WING please

I am having touble flashing a rom (Touch-IT_v6.1.4_Clean_UC) to my WING. I was able to flash the latest rom from TMO to the Wing.

Do I need to cid unlock? If So how or where?

What am I doing wrong?

by the way I am very Noob at this... and have searched xda and google for how to cid unlock.

You have to HardSPL your device before flashing any custom rom. Please read the following thread so you don't brick your device

I have searched and seen this page, and these are the directions I followed, and every time I try to flash it says

"ERROR [270] : UPDATE ERROR"
The image file is corrupted. Please check your Update Utility.

I have tried this with...
Touch-IT_v6.1.4_Clean_UC
Touch-IT_v6.1.3_Clean
Open_Touch_v6_Diamond_TLTF3D
ITsPapa_Wing_RC5_3

and tried it one more time after you posted this responce
