AT&T Tilt ROM AU HTC WM6.1 ROM

Bought an AT & T Tilt from eBay... has no front camera but a rear one. didn't have internet sharing but located a cab file. and can't locate somehow to unlock the GPS so my TOMTOM can work. Does anyone have a full HTC TyTnII WM6.1 ROM so i can avoid all the blah blah and adding bits and pieces to make it work like my JASJAM?

Beg for help on this one...not too good with IT stuff..
