You could always purchase the commercial version. I'm not sure of the FATAL ERROR is fixed. Searching that thread says ChainFire knows about it, but not what fixes it.

Do you have internet connection sharing installed?
It works flawlessly on my Polaris and does exactly what you want.

Now I'm gonna ask you what you mean with "Do you have internet connection sharing installed?". That answer your question i guess, i probably not install that. Can you explain?

Folks,
So I downloaded the great HTC application from XDA that allows these phones to be used as wifi routers once connected to a data service. It works great on my Sprint Touch Pro, but when using the Touch Cruise on AT&T, it connects to the HSDPA and indicates the application is ready to accept connections but unfortunately it does not seem to be creating a "hotspot". I have been unable to locate it on my laptop unlike when this app is running on my Touch Pro. At any rate, I realize it may not be compatible with all HTC phones and that may be the case here. Just wondering if anyone has had any success with it on the Touch Cruise and if I might somehow be doing something wrong with it.
