help to find the ROM

i got my htc yesterday and i want to upgrade its ROM

at the moment my Device Info looks like this :

ROM version : Niki pro
Date : 01/29/08
Radio : 1.64.08.21
Protocol : 25.74.40.02H
ExtROM ver : A&A---T&T

what do you suggest me and can somebody link me to a ROM that will fit to my Radio?

I want to use 3G and video call in the future!
