Hi

It is my chance to thanks every one that contributes to this great forum :)

My BA freeze, im  i dont know what i can do to resolve this issue!

I have my BA (O2 XDA IIs) for a year now, (bought at ebay) when i found this forum, i thought i got my BA alive again with the WM5, but i had a lot of problems with the programs i installed, (tom tom, spb software house and others, became very slow) and some times freeze, i had to perform a hard reset or empty the battery.

So when i had the chance to upgrade to wm6, i didnt think twice. I installed wm6 and try the several rom available:

ROM WM6.1 CE OS 5.2.20226 (Build 20226.1.3.0 PV DVH)

ROM WM6.1 CE OS 5.2.19701 (Build 19701.1.1.0 PV DVH)

ROM WM6.1 CE OS 5.2.19965 (Build 19965.1.2.3 PV DVH)

WM6.1 Pro 19915 rom

WM6.1 Pro 20226 rom

I want to try this one:
WM6.1 Pro 20273 rom

But now my freezing problem became more constant, i install a new rom and after a few hours, my BA freeze, i try dozen soft/hard reset and still dont work, the only way is to let my battery run out, and some how, clean the possible bug that i have.

I try another rom, and get the some issue again! I try with different OS, XP(ActiveSync) and Vista (Windows Mobile Device Center), but still dont resolve my problem.

I readed all the posts that have the some similar problems like mine, but i cant see the solution! My battery is original, but i dont think the battery is the problem.

I LOVE my BA but it is in the drawer :( , i try several solutions, change the ROM, clean the battery and others, probabily is some procedure that im missing, i dont know!

Help on the BA forum is short these days. I recommend you fallow the WM6 upgrade procedure. I think you're on the right track with formatting the extended ROM. Look here and run the wizard. It will give you a good set of instructions to install a WM6 ROM and format your extended ROM in the process.
