what can I do, volume is turned up all the way, but I can hardly hear the next person at times. the caller can't also hear me properly on the other side

Use the scroll whell when in-call to turn the volume up. You'll probably find that the in-call volume is set low.

I do that all the time. can there maybe be a setting or a update for that sound issues
