I didnt know if we were able to watch the TV programs like on the LG. Anyone tried to do this with the kaiser, or is it missing hardware to perform this function?

was wondering the same thing myself. Would be cool but I have to guess it will be another pay point that we would have to subscribe to.

no its not possible. the lg vue and other mobile tv phones that at&t sell have a special radio in them which picks up the mediaflo signal.
the kaiser does not have the proper hardware to pick up this signal. i'm sure eventually at&t will tap htc to make a pda which can access the mobile tv service but it may be a while. maybe it could be a special variant of the touch diamond? :)

Actually AT&T has a program that lets you watch a vary few ammount of TV channels but there all data streamed. If you have a TV tunner in your PC you can use Orb and watch whatever you have (Cable Satalite) and orb is a free web based program that almost anything can use. www.orb.com

that would be mobiTV. that is not the same thing as the lg and samsung mobile tv phones have. what those phones have is real, live tv just like you would get on a normal tv. this is what the OP was talking about as far as i know.

I second the suggestion about Orb! I have Snapstream's Beyond TV on a PC at home and use Orb to watch recorded shows on my Tilt.
I believe you can also use it to stream from a TV tuner at home, but I haven't tried that.

Install mobi tv cab onto your phone. iT will say you have 3 days remaining. Once those 3 days are up, go into where you installed it, and delete the file name VARS. This will reset the 3 day trial. You can do this unlimited amount of times.

I went to Mobi tv but you have to pay before you can download the cab

Here is a idea, buy a Slingbox. Oh forgot, you have to buy it. JUST LIKE YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR MOBITV.

Go to handango.com they offer a 15 day trial of mobiTV.
the best way is slingbox at your local best buy the box is 200 bucks but no fees.
It works with your pc high speed internet and your cable or dish or directv. when you run it on your phone it mirrors your remote at home so you can control it just as if you were sitting in front of your tv

Is this the one you download and install? Didn't seem to work with the MobiTV that came installed on the phone. I just tried it and got same thing about having to buy it.
