dam my phone xD help me out with this contact sync?

So yes... i finally got outlook.. great i can back up my contacts to my PC YEY!

*plugs in phone*

*syncs*

yey...

o wait ALL MY NUMBERS HAVE BEEN DELETED as well as my calender.. >.>

haha great stuff... so i get some numbers back.

half of them i make a new contact for and these ones appear in outlook after i sync again...

but i have the newest msn live mobile.. and for some reason that saves all the hotmail emails in to my contact list.

so i add numbers to the peoples email address's i can find..

but these ones dont sync up... is there a reason why?
also how can i get outlook to add the emails to the sync list.

In your ActiveSync options there is a place to "resolve Conflicts" If Its set to use Outlook it will delete contacts not in outlook.
