CID Unlock my HTC cruise

Can anyone tell me how to unlock my CID? I keep getting: "error 294 invalid vender ID" when trying to revert to the orginal WWE rom instead of NL one.

I upgraded to a rom and the USB cable got lose at 10 or 15 %. When I turn on the phone I have the SPL 3 color menu. So how do I go about this? There is no original NL ROM available at xda.

but if i change the rom to my htc cruise p3650 next change imei too??
or to change imei there are other procedures?
