MioMap & IGO 6 on DIAMOND

MioMap and IGO MY WAY PLUS, don´t work on HTC Diamond, any Solutions??

iGO 8 Works OK, but not exist Mapa for Brazil.

Any Solutions?

You could try to use one of the tools which changes the name of the internal Memory to Memory Card, to get it working. I did not check, but it could be the solution.

Use schap's Advanced Configuration Tool v.3 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=418151) from here and within the Diamond options part select the option Internal Storage/Storage Card Swap.

Dear friend,

I've already tried it and could not make any iGo2006 core app run in Diamond...

Already tried to Enable/Disable TF3D and many diferent ROMs but nothing helped me.

I guess the "magic" that makes iGo8 runs nicely was not applied to the 2006 core apps. :cool:

Use TomTom7...

It is a wonderful GPS tool.... and have maps for Brazil...

Funciona muito bem, melhor que o IGo6.. Vale a pena...

I have just confirmed, iGO 6 does not work in Diamond unfortunately. I tried everything, but nothing.

Acabei de confirmar, tentei de tudo mas o iGO 6 não funciona no Diamond. Tentei de tudo, mas nada.

I was using TT 7, but had stopped find the satellites, tried to follow a tutorial to update the Mapshare, that was the mistake. Now I returned to the TT 7.

Tested the Garmin? What they found?

Eu estava usando o TT 7, mas tinha parado de encontrar os satelites, tentei seguir um tutorial para atualizar pelo Mapshare, foi esse o erro. Agora voltei para o TT 7.

Testaram o Garmin ja? O que acharam?

I'm using TT7 and GMXT...

TT7 is fast and make nice routes (and the clever ones) but the map is a little old to São Paulo.

GMXT (50W) has some nice auto zoom features but has medium performance from the map in 90o turnings and re-routes not so quickly as TT7.

At least, Destinator 7 has the best map but runs like a blind old dog.

I'm trying to find a way to cut some cities from a full Destinator Map. May be if we can reduce the map size D7 could run better.

Great initiative, by which I understand you want to draw some states of Brazil, the Amazon so D 7? Stay with only some?

I just tried this Internal Storage/Storage Card swap right now. Absolutely no result: MioMap 3.2 or 3.3 will not install. In fact - they do install but when you are trying to start them nothing happens. They won't run on Diamond / Raphael. :(
