Hello!
I´m experiencing a big connection problem on my HTC Touch Diamond device. I´m using the Austrian Version of the Touch Diamond from T-Mobile.
The problem is as follows:
If i try to do an internet connect via HSDPA/GPRS/EDGE i couldn´t receive any data but the icon on the menubar says that i´m connected. Sometimes it needs up to 10 reconnects to solve the problem and get finally the information from the internet.
I have activated the ActiveSync Exchange synchronization and an seperate gmail account via imap. I´ve adjusted as synchronizationtime 60 minutes for both.
If the HSDPA/GPRS/EDGE "hangs" i could not receive anything. So i cannot be sure to be up to date on my cellular. And the cellular isn´t intelligent enough to detect this hanging connection and do a reconnect on its own. But this is really crucial for my job.
Is there a known problem? A newer rom version or any advise?
I´ve installed "Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.283.0", "advanced Config" and "Diamond TF3D Config" and the HTC Black Theme on our cellulars. I´ve reproduced these malfunction on an other device with the same configuration.
I´ve already done a hardreset on my device. But that hasn´t solved the problem.
The ROM Version is 1.37.112.3 GER
